🕒 Refund & Exchange Window
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Product Issues / Complaints
If you face any issue with a product, please raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery.
For any product that arrives damaged or broken, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof for processing an exchange or credit.
🔁 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or perishability reasons. These include:
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Books with visible signs of use
CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Any item returned after 3 days of delivery (not applicable for refund, but may be reviewed case-by-case)
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is reflected.

💰 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at littleorbis75@gmail.com and ship it to the address below.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the giver first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
