🚚 Processing & Shipping Timeline

At Little Orbis, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring quality handling and care.

• Order Processing Time:
  All orders (customized and non-customized) are processed within 7–12 working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

• Shipping Time:
  Once dispatched, the courier usually delivers the package within 4–6 working days (again excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

• Working Hours:
  Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Delivery Delays:
  Please note that during high-demand seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays, shipping times may vary slightly.

📦 Tracking Notifications

• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email on the contact information provided at checkout.

• You can use these details to track your shipment status directly with the courier.
