🕒 Refund & Exchange Window

  • Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


📦 Product Issues / Complaints

  • If you face any issue with a product, please raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery.

  • For any product that arrives damaged or broken, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof for processing an exchange or credit.


🔁 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or perishability reasons. These include:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items


⚠️ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned after 3 days of delivery (not applicable for refund, but may be reviewed case-by-case)


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is reflected.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

💰 Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

  • Sale or discounted items are not refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or defective.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at littleorbis75@gmail.com and ship it to the address below.


🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

  • If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the giver first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
